Food Safety Policy
NAGRUP HISPANIA S.L as a carrier dedicated to the distribution of food products, establishes the following Food Safety policy.
In order to ensure and maintain the safety and security of all food transported and distributed by NAGRUP HISPANIA, SL the following policy has been established, which includes the following key points:
- NAGRUP HISPANIA, SL is aware of the importance of food safety and complies with the requirements set out in the IFS guidelines, as well as food legislation obligations and customer requirements.
- NAGRUP HISPANIA, SL can demonstrate its responsibility and commitment to the development and implementation of a food safety management system for the safe distribution of food at all times.
- Compliance with legal requirements, IFS and others that the organisation must take into account.

Satisfy our customers’ demands and requirements by conducting regular satisfaction surveys.
- A strategic plan is defined with corresponding objectives linked to the context and situation of the company, which are disseminated internally in order to ensure their fulfilment and achievement.
- Monitor and manage the effectiveness of processes through indicators, so that we can understand and ensure the service and level of quality desired by our customers and guarantee the complete safety of all food products.
- Develop ongoing training programmes to improve employees’ knowledge and skills, resulting in better service delivery.
- Comply with environmental legislation that affects our activity, fulfilling our environmental responsibilities, avoiding pollution of our surroundings and developing a balance with the environment and its resources (Sustainability).
- Ensure the availability of the material, human and financial resources necessary to guarantee food safety and hygiene.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and that mechanisms are in place to monitor the effectiveness of their activities, and make all resources available to them to prevent any type of sabotage within the company or to the product.
- Consolidate the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all activities carried out.
- Food safety and responsibility in the supply chain are key issues for the management of NAGRUP HISPANIA, SL
- NAGRUP HISPANIA, SL affirms its commitment to responsibly managing recovery situations when food security is at stake.
Through IFS Logistics certification, we aim to instil confidence in our customers.
At naGRUP, we manage our processes effectively and involve our staff in continuous improvement, ensuring that our facilities are always adequate and that transport is efficient right up to the final point of delivery.
This policy has the commitment and support of naGRUP’s management, which provides the appropriate resources for its development and implementation, as well as for monitoring and updating. It ensures the dissemination and guarantees the knowledge of this policy to all naGRUP employees and their collaborators.

Quality Policy
To strengthen our commitment to Quality and the Environment, the Organization has an Integrated Management System in place, in accordance with the international standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and GDP – Good Distribution Practices for our naGRUP Barcelona facilities.
