The most common conditions for the transportation of goods are:<\/p>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>DAP<\/strong> (Delivered at Place): The seller delivers the goods and assumes all risks until they are made available to the buyer. Once the goods are ready to be unloaded at the agreed location, the risk transfers to the buyer, who is responsible for transporting them to the final destination.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>DDP<\/strong> (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods and assumes all risks until they are made available to the buyer. When the goods are ready for import and prepared for unloading at the agreed location, the risk transfers to the buyer. Additionally, the seller bears all risks associated with delivering the goods to their final destination and is responsible for handling both import and export customs procedures.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>EXW<\/strong> (Ex Works): The seller is only responsible for making the goods available for pickup at their business location or another agreed-upon site. The buyer assumes all risks from that point onward.
